HEALTHCARE AWARD OF EXCELLENCE
For many years, communities in Craven, Jones and Pamlico Counties have had a talented group of healthcare professionals who have provided outstanding healthcare for those living in our tri-county area. CarolinaEast Foundation would like to honor a member or members of these communities who have made significant contributions to the healthcare of our region. The honoree(s) may be a physician or other healthcare professional, or may have been involved as staff or a member of the Board of Directors of one of the organizations in our area providing healthcare for our communities.CarolinaEast has appointed a committee to review nominations and plan an event to honor the selected individual(s) on May 19, 2010. There may be many who deserve recognition for years devoted to providing excellent healthcare in our communities. We ask that you consider and nominate one of our community healthcare professionals for this prestigious Award for Excellence in Healthcare.

Nominations must be received at the CarolinaEast Foundation office by Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Nominations may be mailed to the CarolinaEast Foundation at P.O. Box 1576, New Bern, NC 28563 or faxed to (252) 514-2874.
Nomination forms may also be delivered to the Foundation office, located at 233 Middle Street, Suite 106 of the O'Marks building in downtown New Bern.
